The Game of Teams Podcast

Are you and your team wanting to make big, positive changes happen in a complex situation? You’ll know the challenges. I’ve just been listening to Tara Nolan interviewing me as part of her ‘Game of Teams’ podcast series. Tara is an excellent interviewer. Her quality listening and ‘made for radio’ voice enable her to ask incisive, provocative, revealing questions with a rare naturalness and ease. Her questions opened up a shedload of our experiences, wisdoms, stories, tools and, dare I say, secrets that can help you work brilliantly as ‘One Team’. Revealing our learning from working with many and often award-winning teams, the interview gets to the reality that there is no single, simple solution. But there are ways of thinking, behaving and relating that make a huge difference, and some of these are simple enough. Listen in and grab some ideas and practices that will really help you and your team. Enjoy.

And there’s much to learn from other podcasts in the series – take a moment to explore them too. They’ve certainly given me many ideas and useful take-aways.
